Every session will begin with a dynamic warmup and progress toward more intense movements. They will always include a speed component, an explosiveness component, and an agility movement. They will know why they are doing each and every drill and what to focus on to get max results. In addition, they will all receive "homework" which may include stretching, drills, or goal setting that they must complete before the next class. My name is Fredy Ordonez, Coach Porter was my trainer. He is an amazing person. He helped me reach my goals and helped succeed in several areas I wanted to improve on. I needed to work on speed, strength, and stamina. He helped me out a lot and worked hard with me everyday. He pushed me everyday to do my best and made me mentally and physically stronger. I learned a lot of stuff from him which I still use today. He helped me reach my goals in about a month. When I was fatigued, he pushed me to not give up. Not only is he an amazing trainer but a great teacher. He is someone that will always make you feel good about yourself when you train with him. Thanks to him I am now a better athlete and accomplishing many of my goals.
